We write a will so that our wishes are known after our death. Should we suffer a deterioration in our well-being we traditionally produced a Power of Attorney. The Assisted Decision Making mechanism replaced the Power of Attorney mechanism in the last few years. Dublin RMA-TUI has arranged a talk by Helen Fitzgerald on Assisted Decision Making for Friday the 21st March 11:00 to 12:30 in the Teachers’ Club.

 

Helen Fitzgerald works with S/AGE, an advocacy service for older people.
