There are online password generators that will help you get a password quickly. A reliable one can be found by clicking here. A screenshot of the generator is shown.
Once the password is generated, you simply copy and paste it into the registration form. You will need to keep a record of this password as it will be needed to log back in later to view your payslips.
You must update your password every 90 days and this password generator can be used to do that. More on this topic later
The first part of the form requires you to enter last 4 digits of your IBAN. Then enter your password twice.
Your are then asked 3 security question. Select which question you would like to anster by hitting drop-down menu on the right of each question box.
Then tick Terms of Service followed by Activate Account.
After a short period of time you will be in your ESBS Account and will be able to see your payslip
If you get an error message shown in a yellow box at the top of the screen then the error should be in one of the information boxes you provided. It is likely you entered, either, the incorrect IBAN number or your passwords don't match. Maybe the number of characters in password is not sufficient.
It's important you remember the answers to the security questions you selected. Should you be unable to access your account you will be required to provide answers to some or all of these questions to prove your identity.
Following registration and your initial access to the ESBS you will recieve an email contining your Employee Number and including the following message
